Surf And Turf is an F&B designed for COS, the British- Swedish clothing label.
The concepts that I chose to design the space were inspired by the brand’s latest Autumn Winter Collection in 2018, which has designs that reflected the co-existence and juxtaposition of the organic and the artificial, and real vs imagined nature.
The first floor is comprised of a Fine Dining Restaurant, which serves seafood and seafood inspired dishes.
There are two dining areas in the first floor of the restaurant, the first area being the Pond dining area. The pond is at the very heart of the restaurant.
The boats outside the restaurant, on the Singapore River are trans- formed into dining areas as well, to give tourists and locals a unique dining experience.
Up the stairs on the second floor is the bar area, serving a wide selection of drinks. Customers can choose to sit at the bar counter whilst the bartender prepares the drinks or they can choose to sit in sofas situated in the lounge area.
